Have we been there? Yes--our son is hypersensitive to things like vacuum cleaners and haircuts so it's never easy when he goes, but Karen and the owner there are super patient. They even have a quiet room (private room) that you can request. It's funny, after his haircut, he grabs a lollipop from the lollipop barrel and is all smiles--you'd never guess he was crying 2 minutes earlier. They have a play area in front and the shop isn't the cleanest, but the customer service more than compensates for it. And he looks so handsome as he walks out of the salon. :-)
